Additional context

Something must be going wrong in the TsDoc annotations for these to not be linked correctly, and this needs investigation. this is rather more urgent since the Serialization page links to the reference documentation in lieu of additional text documentation https://developers.google.com/blockly/guides/configure/web/serialization
