My battery life on my Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has been hell for the last week or so, and CPU temps have been through the roof. Using Battery Historian, I've noticed that the 'Video' row is solid 100% of the time, something that no one else's phone has.

I can't find any information about the Video section. What is it from, what's calling it, why is it active, can I disable it?

Factory resets have not worked.

Here's a link to a thread on LTT I made with other shenanigans

I think it's for video playback. I saw the video time statistics for 3 different apps, and none of them had camera permissions enabled.

It doesn't make sense though, that it was continuously in use (for 18 hours), even though those apps weren't running in the foreground, and even when the screen was off.
