For Unknown Sync State, Syncing top bar is visible

Describe the bug
In Demo app, Syncing top bar is visible even though sync call is finished with unknown state.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Pre-condition: disconnect internet for device

1. Go to 'Dashboard' in Demo app
2. Click on 'sync' option in Hamburger menu
3. Wait to complete sync call
4. See error : Syncing top bar is still visible though sync call is completed with unknown state in logcat
