当无网络的时候刷新列表『正在载入』会一直出现，并且当恢复网络的时候也不会有任何操作，包括没有载入、停止载入，往下拉的时候会载入更多的主题但是头部的『正在载入』还是没有消失，是不是应该在刷新的时候需要进行网络的判断？
