Authentication error password with "+"

Hi guys,

today I was the only one in my company who couldn't login on Harbor with my password. It was because my password had the symbol "+". After changing that symbol by another one, it worked.

In this example, the admin password in harbor.cfg file is Harbor+12345.

With docker login there is no problem, so it seems to be a UI problem. I did the test before submitting the issue.

This happens to me on version 1.1.1-rc1, both with db_auth and ldap_auth. I don't know if in version 1.1.0 occurs.
