Switch to the older branch releases/3.13.3 needed for the IPOPT compilation to work with the proposed flags since the meaning of the --with-pardiso flag changed in 3.14.0 (https://github.com/coin-or/Ipopt/releases/tag/releases%2F3.14.0); i.e., the given approach will probably no longer be supported in future
