Godot Editor will not update the changes of material when reloading the current project or when using an imported material #92927

MacOS 14.5 M3 Max(30 gpu croe) Godot4.3beta1 Vulkan(Forward+)

Issue description

After importing a material or creating one and reloading the project, changes to the material in Editor will not immediately response in the editor, you have to reload current project again to see the changes.

Attention please: Albedo, Metallic, Roughness will not be affected by this issue

Steps to reproduce

creating a meshinstance
creating a material in editor or importing one
making some changes to the material
reload current project
making some changes to the material again
