Hashtag comments after "#region" command won't fold the multiline comment unless there is space.

Issue description

When putting "#region" command, the hashtag comments after it won't fold unless there is a space between. Happens with both a single hashtag and double hashtag comments. But it won't happen with triple quotes -comment.

Steps to reproduce

After command "#region" add "#" or "##" comment next line without any space.
