The following code
produces following warning
I understand why (implicit self) but it makes me ask 2 questions:
I've got 1 answer to the first question on Discord which is, as i predicted, to use class_name
but it's strange to have a script require a global reference to itself. Moreover scripts without a class_name aren't able to do that.
So perhaps there is some other way (othar than ignoring the warning).
