Document CURRENT_RENDERER built-in shader define #10231

Documentation for godotengine/godot#98549.

If many more built-in defines are added, we'll eventually want to change the format to something more like the shader built-in tables. However, for now I think documenting built-in defines in paragraph form is more readable.

Example tested in the PR artifact.
