[feature] Un-tabularize #68

Pardon me if this is way off base but would it be possible to have an "un-tabularize" command that goes the other way?

The use case here is to be able to

tabularize the data
make column level adjustments or edits where visual separation is super useful
and then put the data back into the original format

Would be super useful for data cleaning and that sort of thing.

The repo wasn't updated for almost 3 years now. I think it's worth to restart the project by create a new plugin for neovim.
