Update AutoConfig() to set time-related fields appropriately. #70

Go-wfs checks for feature properties "start_time", "stop_time", and "timestamp" to use for time duration or point in time when time filters are used.

AutoConfig() should check that fields of these names indeed contain values go-wfs can recognize as time values.

AutoConfig() should check fields and do a best-guess mapping of any fields w/ time values to these properties.
