Disciplines and other simple traits automatically buy the first level

When you click on a Discipline it immediately buys the first level. This is due to #72 because Yorick needs some version of the trait to exist in order to display it.

Could also be restated as:
Discipline costs are wrong on initial purchase
Discipline costs missing cost for the first dot
