Our hexagonal stickers should follow "hexb.in"'s dimension

They are actually too large and won't fit well with other conventional hex stickers.

Respectfully, I do not believe this is a devrel-related task, rather this is a design task.

@AidarItkulov if you are unable to submit a PR then we can assist, otherwise I would like to delegate this task to the design department to manage so that devrel can focus on attracting and retaining developers through technical documentation efforts.
