When executing ng build --prod, we're getting the following error:

Module build failed (from ./node_modules/@angular-devkit/build-optimizer/src/build-optimizer/webpack-loader.js):
TypeError: Cannot read property 'kind' of undefined

I changed version to 0.3.2, which temporarily fixed the problem.
