Hey, wanted to see if there could be an update to support Anki v2.1. Seems like there are some differences in the UI for v2.1 that are incompatible, namely: The up and down buttons do not work for both the decks page and each individual card page. Note: I am running Anki v2.1 on OS X.
For the decks page, navigation up and down between the decks doesn’t seem possible at all. The Tab button and Enter button can be used, but Shift-Tab does not reverse the navigation direction.
For the individual cards, the focus seems to be on the reveal answer button, so the up and down navigation does not work.
Not sure if there would be a way to support both Anki v2.0 and Anki v2.1 at the same time, as you mentioned in the readme.
Would be willing to contribute ideas on how to implement this if possible.

Hey, I started using the Anki remote as well (also running Anki 2.1 on OS X). Apart from the issues noted above I noticed that the "mark card" and "suspend note" features are not working as intended, both of them trigger the "add card" dialogue. It is still an awesome add-on though and thank you for creating it!
