Description
Currently the size of the website is huge:

This is partially because it is using the old, un-compressed, version of the Interceptor.

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@ternakkode/layer8-interceptor

Acceptance
The application should now use @ternakkode interceptor as hosted on NPM.
