Edit option in support tickets screen is not visible on smaller size screens

The edit option is not visible on the ticketing screen.
With investigation, it is found it is hidden with small screen sizes and there is no horizontal scroll to scroll and view it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Glific
2. click on support tickets from the flow link
3. The page is not showing an edit option
