Describe the bug
Not able to block the Glific simulator

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Chat
Select any Glific Simulator
Click on down arrow in contact bar
Click on Block Contact
Click on Confirm

Expected behavior
Block Contact option should be disable for Simulators.
