Mobile app can swipe left and right to old banned cards

The API returns a superset of banned cards and the mobile app filters them based on rotation and the current date. However, it only filters them from the visual list of cards and not from the data itself; if you open a banned card then swipe left or right, the cards you swipe into include out of date bans.
