We use LiveScript extensively for our front-end UI, totaling over 12,000 lines of code, converted from JS and Coffee by the inimitable @gkz.
GiftPixel's e-commerce solutions are built mostly on the MEAN stack. Our frontend and backend code started as vanilla Javascript, but we quickly switched to LiveScript. This switch was done without any migration period -- we just started using LiveScript where we liked, intermixing freely with current Javascript. Now most of our code is LiveScript -- this includes our configuration JSON files and even our gulp scripts.
