Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Use openvscode-server version 1.93.1
  2. Start openvscode-server with --enable-remote-auto-shutdown and --remote-auto-shutdown-without-delay
  3. Open the link for openvscode-server
  4. Close the link for openvscode-server

Expected behaviour: the process is terminated
Actual behaviour: the process is still running

Up to version 1.92.1 the expected behaviour is the actual behaviour.
With version 1.93.1 I get the following output:
