  1. add RTF field to a ticket item layout
  2. login to mobile on ipad (ios 11) and sync
  3. go to any ticket, select items, bulk edit, select a field to edit, enter a value, then click Update items button

Expected Result

items grid loaded with updated values

Actual Result

items grid does not load; user sits on a bulk edit screen
works fine in windows.
