1. Set SyncInterval_Jobs_Minutes custom setting to 3 minutes

2. Make a change to a job in back office which exists in mobile.

3. Go offline on mobile device for a few seconds then come back online.

4. Go to the Job modified on your android device

Expected Result

_Changes made in back office should reflect on mobile device after sync interval time has passed. _

Actual Result

_Changes made in back office are not reflecting on mobile device after sync interval time has passed.  _
