1. Log in to FieldFX Mobile with the ‘QA Field’ user.
2. Click Tickets, select the ‘Rich Text Field’ Ticket, and then click ‘Forms’.
3. Create a new ‘Inspection’ form and add an image to any Rich Text field that’s smaller than 1396x296 – I used a 256x256 image (attached)

Expected Result

• The image is displayed at 256x256 pixels.

Actual Result

• The image is enlarged to 1355x1360 pixels and thus becomes very grainy and distorted.
