Overview
Problem: Google Analytics also doesn't track hash fragments very well, so I suspect our reporting will improve.

Proposed Solution

It would also be easier to tag UTM parameters on, e.g. currently we have to do:

https://explorer.gitcoin.co/?utm_source=twitter#/round/10/0x8de918f0163b2021839a8d84954dd7e8e151326d
(adding it in the middle)

instead of just tagging the parameters onto the end, e.g.

https://explorer.gitcoin.co/round/10/0x8de918f0163b2021839a8d84954dd7e8e151326d?utm_source=twitter
