<p>Github 的前员工 Zach Holman 有两个重要的演讲，一个叫 Git and GitHub Secrets ，另一叫 More Git and GitHub Secrets 。都可以在<a href="http://zachholman.com/talks">他自己个人网站</a>上找到。演讲中提到了一些从 github 界面上直接看不到的操作技巧。也就是一些新手可能不需要，但是老手一用就会感觉超级节省时间的操作。内容大家自己去看，我这里只举一个例子。</p>
<p>打开一个项目主页，当然会有很多文件和目录了，如何快速找到一个文件呢？可以敲 <code>t</code> 然后在打开的页面中就可以输入文件名进行筛选了，如下图：</p>

<p>Github 是一个<a href="https://guides.github.com/activities/socialize/">社交化编程平台</a>，把传统的代码托管（ sourceforge 是当年的王者 ）跟社交网络（以 facebook 和 twitter 为代表）这两个概念结合起来，看似很雕虫小技，但是多年过来确实是引发了革命。Github 的诞生引发了一个编程的热潮，很多非专业的爱好者进入到了编程领域。这个可能跟 Github 本身的文化背景有关系，两位最重要的创始人，Tom 和 Chris 自己就是非计算机专业的编程爱好者。</p>

<p>Github 上每个人都有一个漂亮的个人主页，链接非常简短，例如我的是 github.com/happypeter 。上面能看到我的帅照片和我做过的所有项目代码，每一个人都是独立的人格，是一个独立的创作者。可以方便的分享项目给朋友们，并且邀请他们一起进来创作。 另外你也可以参与到别人的项目中，跟大家一起讨论，一起成长。可以去 Follow 一个大牛，也可以去 Watch 一个项目。如果想要给项目开发者一个鼓励，可以给项目一个 Star 。Star 数目现在对于大家是否选择使用这个项目已经变得非常重要了。</p>

<p>Github 要解决的核心问题是人和人如何相处协作的问题，技术方面都是其次的，人是根本。给大家推荐几个值得关注的人。网上学习资料太多，如何选择呢？一个技巧是，锁定一个自己喜欢的作者，这样就锁定了一系列的优质学习资源，好比我锁定了一个自己热爱的明星，就会比较容易找到好的电影或者歌曲一样。</p>
<p>第一位 Scott Schcon ， Github 的联合创始人，Peter 自己学 Git 的启蒙老师， Progit 第一版作者。网上 Google 一下，他有很多精致的演讲和教程在网上。</p>
