Avoid deploying commit from wrong PR #106

Apparently it's possible to deploy a commit from a different PR. It doesn't apply but doesn't say it's wrong or not applying. It should check if the commit's hash is from the PR it's trying to apply.

An error message is to be expected, instead it tries to apply the commit and says it's a success.
