Currently users need to be instructed to drag the wallet to cmd or terminal to do wallet repair such as -zapwallettxes or -reindex.We should make it easier for the user to do this without needing to use the command prompt.Expected implementation is that the wallet restarts with the required args as selected,see this pr for what the options should be.
