Transaction to move coin from Ghost wallet has frozen

In the last few days i have created two transactions sending ghost coin to TradOgre. The ghost coin has left the Wallet but seems to be stuck. The trasactdion is not confirmed and can not be recalled or sent What can i do

I've asked before on here but can't seem to find my ticket anywhere and if it was ever responded to I don't think the creators are very engaging on here, which is pretty sad as I feel this project with all the issues it has will not be viable long term.

it looks like you are not synced properly. see ghostveterans.net/troubleshooting for directions on how to do a complete resync.

I did what it says and it says method not found

It doesn't sync with that command, Ghost needs to reupdate their wallet this is too weird for the average person to use.
