Problems with the exported file

Hi there,
firstly well done on the program, I love it!
I have been using it all day and have got so much done with 
your help but I cannot figure out how to get a nice spreadsheet
from it with all the correct data. 
Is there a csv file reader that you recommend or will is it just 
a matter of copying the info from the planner into excel?
Any help would be much appreciated,
