i am using unreal engine 4.9.2.. and mostly i am new to engine.. copied the plugin to my project with sub folder Plugins.. i get error..

i'm using Unreal Engine 4.9.2.

i used that swipe plugin but i can't enable that plugin if i enable that one error message is showing please tell me how to fix that problem.
