I believe we just need to increase the versioning in the pubspec file, but it has to be tested.

Likely a 7.0.0 milestone.
Double-check if we use any of these dart-lang/sdk#49529

Let's watch dart-lang/sdk#49530 before going ahead.

Dart v3 is already part of the master channel so I am going to make it part of the v7 release.
