Issue 5687 "Possible to edit a form while it is being sent" reintroduced

Problem description

The issue was fixed in PR #5688 but it's still present in v2023.3 Beta 0
It’s possible to edit a form while it is being sent. It’s possible to reproduce it with small forms by going to the form (being sent) via snackbar or by adding a bigger file to a form (so sending takes more time) and going to the form in Ready to send.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Auto send settings on (e.g. wifi only with wifi on, Wifi or cellular with both on).
2. Go to All widgets form.
3. In Image widget add a big-sized image. (the image in the link)

4. Go to end and Send the form.
5. In the snackbar click View.

Expected behavior

Forms that are being sent shouldn’t be editable.

Other information

The issue doesn't occur in the store verison 2023.2.4
