unclear UI in settings regarding .cursorrules file #2513

In settings, the checkbox regarding the .cursorrules file is unclear. Does checking the box mean it should be included, or not included? I assume included, but having the blurb about "if off..." right next to it is confusing because it seems like it COULD mean that checking the box turns if off. I think some clarity is needed here.
