Grouping of icons to search for an owner/co-owner

Access to the search for an owner have to be simplify.

• Solution proposed :
  Add a "Search owner" button in the left toolbar of Cadastrapp.
  At the click of a button, the user accesses a search interface dedicated to retrieving information on owners or co-owners.
  To enable the tool to search for one or more owners, we propose to add a toolbar above the search form.
  This toolbar will allow you to choose between searching for multiple owners or co-owners.
  This toolbar allows you to centralize the search within a single interface, as you can see in this screenshot:
