Simplify search an select plot UI

Description

Currently, the Cadastrapp panel contain only one pannel to display search & selection section but we have 2 buttons to access to this panel :

It would be interesting to merge search en select UI and get only one button to access to this selection & search panel.

i dont understand what you mean by that, but an UI/UX rework is already planned ;)
