Description of the proposal

Support:

  • writing translations for each field that supports it
  • modify languages of the current record
  • set default language of the record
  • switch language of the editor interface

Motivation

This is a strong requirement for multilingual catalogs.

Scope

This proposal affects the record editing interface (form) in the Metadata Editor app.
