Check compatibility of material properties and nondimensional scales when getting material properties

Description

The code uses the cell Jacobians to check the length scale used for nondimensionalization, but it does not systematically check the compatibility of the material properties and scales for nondimensionalization.

Desired Solution

Add a check for compatibility of the material properties and scales for nondimensionalization when we use the spatial databases to setup the auxiliary fields.

Notes

• Poroelasticity: Check that scale of permeability/viscosity is O(1). Adjust time scale accordingly.
• Add note in DOCS for examples/magma-2d on time scale for nondimensionalization.
