  • The annotations of collagen type IX trimer (GO:0005594) within homo sapients are as follow:
    Contain COL9A1, COL9A2, COL9A3, COL13A1, COL16A1.
    Image

  • Gene product name to be annotated to this term
    Should only contain COL9A1, COL9A2, COL9A3 in all species.

    Need to remove: COL13A1 and COL16A1 in all species, there are also quite some mis-annotation in other species. These annotations are inferred from phylogenetic tree, should only keep collagen type 9 gene product.
