Description

Currently when a theme is not activated, or on first upload it fails on the confirmation dialog

Expected behavior

The task should offer the capability to control the behavior towards this dialog. Whether we want to activate the theme or not. Ultimately the task should not fail because of that.

Reproduction

Upload a new theme on a new instance of ghost and the issue will happen
