Feature request: Possibility to enable targeted debug log

To support admins diagnose unexpected behaviour, add a feature to enable activation of detail / debug logging for specific user.
Apart from general logging, this explicitly should include things that help to correct user and configuration errors.
Ie, there should be logging that indicate what permssions are required when an action is executed and what permissiopns were found if any / what is missing to be permitted.
