gatsby-remark-copy-linked-files: Add path property to file object in destinationDir function

Summary

Currently gatsby-remark-copy-linked-files offers no way to keep the path part of the file, as is possible with gatsby-remark-copy-relative-linked-files, as in the following example:

original file path: src/pages/docs/repl/1.png
built file path: public/docs/repl/1.png

One solution would be to include a path property in the file parameter for the destinationDir function. This would enable the following basic example.

Basic example

// In your gatsby-config.js
plugins: [
  {
    resolve: `gatsby-transformer-remark`,
    options: {
      plugins: [
        {
          resolve: "gatsby-remark-copy-linked-files",
          options: {
            destinationDir: f => `${f.path}/${f.name}`,
          },
        },
      ],
    },
  },
]

Motivation

This allows related files to be kept together in the final built assets, which allows for better matching of input and output and simplifies tooling that builds on this output.
