Is this possible in backrest?

In cron is supported but no via webUI

It is actually supported, just setup in your Plan the "Backup Schedule" option to "Cron" :

Yes I know but with that you can't config it every 2 days for example, because the days of the week won't be the same every week

I would suggest just allowing the cron syntax as input in the WebUI instead of having a dropdown menu for it.
