What would you like to be added:
Use least permissive file permissions for files created/managed by etcd-druid, etcd-backup-restore and etcd-wrapper.

/close as both gardener/etcd-backup-restore#820 and gardener/etcd-wrapper#37 have been closed now. gardener/gardener#11088 isn't really related to etcd-druid, so it will no longer be tracked by this parent issue.
