Support importing apps not installed via dashboard

If the dashboard has not installed an app then it does not show up on the menu bar, or the settings.

Have a button (beside install app) that lets you search for apps that can be brought into the dashboard. Once found, show a list of apps, and then have a checkbox to complete the import.
