Add a common-problems / check option for workflows

Which would for instance flag missing input modules, old-style workflow parameters, tool version changes, disconnected steps, parameter changes, etc ... all sort of severe or not so severe things that could prevent a workflow from running. I think that would be especially useful when Galaxy is used as a workflow engine.
