Clicking on the output name in workflow UI should scroll to that output in right pane

As I am going through some workflows adding propagating tags (they're so useful! 👍 💯 ), I found that it was tedious to scroll the right pane to configure the output I was looking for. If I could just click on the output name and have it scroll the right pane directly to that output, it would help me to more quickly modify many workflows (i.e. I have a dozen similar workflows due to a combinatoric explosion of parameters, e.g. species, Ensembl vs. UCSC,, paired vs. single, HISAT vs. TopHat).

@chambm I like it, good idea. That right pane hides a lot of stuff that I think folks don't know exists, and having hotlinks to particular options would help discoverability there.
