[23.1] qiime2 display application broken

Describe the bug

For qzv and qza files we have

galaxy/lib/galaxy/config/sample/datatypes_conf.xml.sample

Line 278 in 74766a3

<display file="qiime/qiime2/q2view.xml"/>

This is currently not shown in the visualizations (checked on eu and org)

Galaxy Version: 23.1 (on my 23.0 instance it works)
