Bug: Cant swap all the amount with NO sufficient assets, trade fail

User cant swap all the amount of non sufficient assets ( ded, pink) or will fail, need to leave 1 token, and work

Expected Behavior

should be possible to sell all the tokens, like any other asset

Actual Behavior

need to leave 1 token on the account to the trade be successful, and the user dont know why failed the tx if he tried to swap all
